This cozy holiday home features two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious room with a double bed (two separate mattresses) and an inviting room with a bunk bed. Enjoy the large south‑facing terrace – the ideal spot for a peaceful breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing moment later in the day. Although the apartment does not offer a direct sea view, it provides a pleasant outlook over the picturesque Concession district, adding to an authentic and atmospheric coastal experience. Thanks to its privileged location directly on the seafront promenade, you can reach the beach in just a few steps without having to cross any roads. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible via a wide, comfortable staircase (no lift). An ideal base for enjoying the sea, the beach, and the charming surroundings of De Haan in complete tranquillity. Small pets are welcome.
